- Note: do not include “@eou.edu” in your username. For example, if your email address is student@eou.edu, then your username is: “student.”
Welcome to EOU's on-campus (in-person and synchronous online) tutoring schedules!
First time? Here's how to get started:
- First-time users are required to register their accounts. After entering your login info, you'll be directed to the registration form.
- Use your EOU email address for your username (DO NOT include @eou.edu). Use your Mountie Pass for your password.
- Select a schedule from the drop-down list when you log in:
- Writing SP2024
- Subject Tutoring SP2024
- Writing SP2024
- On the Subject Tutoring schedule, click on "Limit to..." to find a tutor specializing in your subject area or course.
- Click on a white box in the row next to the tutor's name to open and fill out an appointment form, then click "Save Changes."
For students unable to visit campus who want to work with a tutor, eTutoring is also available.

To make a next-day appointment with a tutor, schedule online until 11:59 p.m. the night before.
Cancel your appointment online up to 60 minutes before the appointment is scheduled to begin.
